My husband and I were expecting our 1st child and contacted Crawfords asking if all the carpets in the house could be cleaned along with our cotton suite. Prior to contacting Crawfords I spoke to two other cleaning companies who gave me a price over the phone but, did not seem too bothered about it! Within a couple of minutes of speaking with Jimmy Crawford a suitable date was arranged for him to vist our house to carry out a professional survey. On the morning of the survey Mr Crawford explained the process and how he would complete the schedule and answering any concerns that I had. On the 1st day Crawfords cleaned all the carpets where a number of unsightly stains and marks were removed and the carpets looked and smelled like new. The 2nd day Jimmy cleaned the suite using his turbo dryers to enhance the drying process and just like the carpets the suite looked and smelled great. Many thanks from all three of us.

My Partner and I were recommended to have Crawfords clean our living room, dinning room and passage. We have a large dog that was causing some problems with staining where our carpet is concerned. When Crawfords carried out his survey he gave us a guide to removing spots and stains from our carpet (wish we had this information before we tried to remove the stains) on completion of the work not only had the stains been removed but the odour from our dog had vanished. Crawfords said if the smell returned he would come back free of charge and complete the work. A week later Crawfords phoned to check if things were still ok.

Having purchased a new restaurant I needed the carpet cleaned I contacted Crawfords mainly because they are a local company. Jimmy Crawford meets me at the restaurant and done tests on the carpet and a date was arranged for the cleaning.
