Fully vacuuming removes any dry soil particles. we pre-spray all furniture to break the bond between the dirt and the furniture fibres and we are committed to ensuring that our processes won’t damage the surrounding areas and that is why the solutions we use don’t contain bleaching agents, optical brighteners or detergents. This ensures that no unwanted detergent residues remain in the upholstery fibres and cause the furniture to get dirtier quicker in the future.
Solutions are worked in with specialist brushes into the fabric to loosen the soiling ready for our high powered hot water extraction cleaning machine to thoroughly clean and rinse out the fabric fibres, leaving the whole area cleaner, fresher, and healthier. We recommend a drying period of approx 2-4 hours.
Not all upholstery is the same and we always conduct a survey of the task at hand to ensure that we use the correct processes; sometimes a foam or shampoo process may be the better option as not all fibres can be wet cleaned.
